Koreatown Food Pantry
Ktown Food Pantry was one of the largest pantries nationwide, feeding an average of 3,000 household members a week. The pantry has also served the poor and low-income seniors as an Emergency Food Assistance Center in collaboration with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. The honorable Congresswoman and Dr. Judy Choo, Los Angeles Councilman David Ryu, and the CEO of the LARFB, Mr. Michael Flood often recognized the hard work of the volunteers who served the food program from 5:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. whether it was hot or rainy.
